Festival de Hambúrguer no Plaza

O hambúrguer artesanal, também conhecido como gourmet, caiu no gosto do recifense e está consolidado como iguaria gastronômica presente no dia a dia e com destaque nos cardápios dos melhores bares e restaurantes da cidade. Para celebrar essa paixão, o Plaza Shopping promove, nos dias 14 e 15 de março a 5ª edição do seu Festival de Hambúrguer. O evento acontece a partir das 16h no Jardim do Piso L2 do mall.

O festival contará com a participação de hamburguerias especializadas: Bruno BBQ, Recife BBQ, RECBURGUER, Brooklyn Burguer e o Chef Rapha Vasconcellos. A novidade desse ano fica por conta da operação totalmente vegana da Frutteto Cozinha, da carta de drinks e da gin tônica nas torneiras de chopp que a Ekäut traz pela primeira vez para o festival, além das suas cervejas artesanais. As hamburguerias também criaram hambúrgueres especiais para o evento. A entrada é gratuita.

A Frutteto vai oferecer cinco opções de hambúrgueres veganos com pães orgânicos de fermentação natural: o Funghi, hambúrguer de pão australiano orgânico, burger 120g de funghi, fatias grelhadas de smoky tofu, queijo cremoso de castanhas, alface, tomate, cebola roxa e molho aioli; o Marrakech, com pão cinnamon orgânico, burger 120g de grão de bico com especiarias, pasta de amendoim, chutney de manga, picles, cebola roxa, alface e molho tahini; e o Casa Forte, de pão australiano orgânico, burger 120g de lentilha defumada, vegcheddar, crisp de batata doce, cebola roxa na chapa, tomate, alface e catchup artesanal. Este foi criado especialmente para o festival. Há ainda o Louisianna, com pão cinammon orgânico, burger 120g de quinoa, portobelo e nozes, creme de milho orgânico, coleslaw, alface e cajun ranch; e o Kids, com mini pão integral orgânico com burger de grão de bico e queijo cremoso de castanha.

O Bruno BBQ traz três opções para o festival, um com exclusividade: o Burger Vitória Régia. Ele é composto por pão brioche, burger 200g angus, queijo cheddar e cebola caramelizada. Já o Burger Bruno BBQ é de pão de bacon, molho especial, burger 200g angus, queijo prato e farofa de bacon. O Burger Salada é de pão de gergelim, burger 200g angus, queijo prato, tomate e acelga. Todos levam molho especial.

O Recife BBQ entra no festival com três opções de hambúrgueres: o Original Bomba do Hemetério, com hambúrguer 200g, queijo, tomate, alface, cebola caramelizada e picles, criado para o público do festival; o Original Cheese Bacon, com hambúrguer 200g, queijo, tomate, alface, cebola caramelizada, picles e bacon e o Australiano, com hambúrguer 200g, queijo, tomate, alface, cebola caramelizada, picles, farofa de bacon.

No RECBURGUER o conceito de harmonização entre hambúrguer e cerveja já nos nomes dos sanduíches. Para o Plaza, ele traz três opções: o Golden Burger, um suíno que acompanha abacaxi “currymelizado” e bacon; e o Pilsen, hambúrguer de fraldinha (180g), queijo prato, alface, tomate e maionese ou molho barbecue. A hamburgueria montou o Parnamirim ESB (Extra Special Burger) exclusivamente para o festival. Ele é fruto da combinação dos hambúrgueres mais pedidos da casa: hambúrguer de fraldinha (180g), bacon, cebola caramelizada, queijo prato, alface, tomate e maionese.

A Brooklyn Burger criou o Yellow House (Casa Amarela) para o festival. O hambúrguer é composto por pão brioche, burger de costela 200g, queijo do reino, molho barbecue e bacon em cubos. Também vai oferecer ao público o Adam, com pão brioche, burger bovino grelhado 150g, blend de queijos maçaricado, caramelo de vinho tinto e farofa de bacon.

Por sua vez, o chef Rapha Vasconcellos participa pela primeira vez do festival. Entre as opções estão o Apipucos, criado especialmente para o evento, com pão de queijo mineiro, blend bovino de 180g, queijo cheedar, bacon crocante, geleia de cebola assada e maionese do chef; o burguer crocante de camarão catupiry, de maionese de moqueca e camarão crocante; e o quarteto de mini burguer de pão briochinho, blend bovino, geleia de cebola assada, maionese do chef e queijo provolone maçaricado.

Todos os petiscos e hambúrgueres do Festival de Hambúrguer do Plaza poderão ser degustados com acompanhamento de produtos da Tambaú Alimentos. Além do seu Catchup Premium, nesta edição a marca apresenta ao público dois novos produtos que ampliam a linha Premium da marca: o molho Barbecue e o Catchup Premium Picante.

CERVEJA E DRINKS ESPECIAIS – Quem comparecer ao Festival do Hambúrguer vai poder harmonizar as opções gastronômicas com as cervejas artesanais da Ekäut servidas no TAP na forma de chopp. O carro chefe do evento será a Premium Lager, nova Lager da cervejaria pernambucana. O público também poderá degustar a Witbier, APA 1817, a American IPA e cerveja a Batalha de Pirajá, uma Imperial Porter colaborativa com a MinduBier, cervejaria de Salvador. Os cervejeiros de plantão também poderão degustar as cervejas ciganas Blackfrieda, da FriedaHaus, e a Leviana, Session IPA da Quatro Cantos.

Para quem prefere curtir outro tipo de sabor, a Ekäut trouxe pela primeira vez a Lab Gin Tônica servida na torneira de chopp e dois outros drinks: “A praieira”, com gin, sumo de limão, lasca de gengibre, Monin Amêndoas e Sour Cajá; e “Punk Rock Hardcore”, uma combinação de whisky, vermouth tinto, sumo de limão e American IPA.

Para os veganos, a Frutteto Cozinha também preparou o Kefir Biologicus (500ml) e coquetéis sem álcool, como o Ginger Fizz (xarope natural de gengibre, suco de laranja e água com gás) e o Rose Jam (geleia de morango, framboesa, amora e mirtilo, suco de limão e água com gás).

ROCK E HAMBÚRGUER - No primeiro fim de semana, as atrações musicais são Rodrigo Morcego (14) e Mac Fly (15). No segundo, sobem ao palco Allycats (21) e Cinthia Morais (22). Todos os dias, a abertura e encerramento do evento ficará por conta do DJ Kopper. A 5ª edição do Festival de Hambúrguer do Plaza Shopping conta com apoio da Ekäut e patrocínio da Tambaú Alimentos.
