Shoppings Plaza e Tacaruna lançam plataforma digital de vendas

A era do omnichannel chegou definitivamente para os Shopping Plaza e Tacaruna com o lançamento dos seus canais de venda online, plataforma digital por meio da qual os clientes poderão ter acesso às lojas e aos quiosques do shopping do conforto de sua casa. O lançamento ocorre no regime de soft opening nesta quarta-feira, 23 de setembro. No Plaza, 24 lojas e quiosques já estão presentes na plataforma entre alimentação, artigos para o lar, moda, acessórios, cosméticos e perfumaria. Já no Tacaruna são 17 lojas e quiosques, do segmento de alimentação, moda, acessórios, cosmético, perfumaria, livraria e papelaria, disponíveis no momento.  A plataforma é responsiva e poderá ser acessada de qualquer dispositivo conectado à internet (smartphones, tablets, notebooks e computadores desktop).

“A expectativa é que outras lojas façam parte da plataforma ao longo do tempo, refletindo o mix variado de segmentos encontrados no mall. Essa mudança é cultural e ampla, os lojistas, aos poucos, vão se adaptar ao novo meio de chegar aos clientes e de vender. Continuaremos fortes e investindo no ambiente físico, oferecendo total segurança aos clientes e lojistas. E estamos também online”, comenta Sandra Arruda, superintendente do Shopping Tacaruna. Outra inovação é que o portal disponibiliza a opção de compra e entrega de presentes. “Neste momento, no qual ainda estamos em distanciamento social, pode ser uma grande facilidade para nossos clientes”, completa.

A novidade segue a tendência dos shoppings de todo o país ao integrar as lojas físicas de seus empreendimentos ao mundo digital, aumentando as possibilidades de comercialização e oferecendo ainda mais segurança para os varejistas e consumidores nesse momento de convivência com a Covid-19. “O Plaza Online é a evolução natural da nossa Vitrine Online. O hábito e a forma de comprar do nosso cliente mudou, principalmente durante a pandemia. Por isso, o Plaza estará presente também no ambiente virtual para que ele compre como desejar e onde quiser estar, receba em casa, no trabalho, no menor prazo possível. Essa integração multicanal permite que os nossos clientes tenham uma experiência unificada de compras, que certamente agregará às vendas nas lojas físicas”, explica Zuleica Lira, superintendente do Plaza Shopping.

As compras realizadas serão entregues no endereço indicado pelo cliente em um raio de até 20 quilômetros de distância do Plaza Shopping. Já no Tacaruna este raio é de 15 quilômetros de distância. O pagamento será realizado via cartão de crédito. Será possível comprar em mais de uma loja em cada shopping e receber os produtos de uma única vez. A previsão é que os artigos de alimentação sejam entregues em até 90 minutos e os demais em até 24 horas. Para o lançamento, não haverá cobrança de taxa de entrega.

Uma equipe de 26 pessoas ficará dedicada à operação, 13 em cada shopping. Dessas 10 foram contratadas especificamente para atuar na plataforma, as demais foram redistribuídas de outras funções. O mix de produtos à venda online pode ser diferente do disponível nas lojas físicas, pois recebem uma curadoria especial que leva em conta as peculiaridades do ambiente digital e de transporte para entrega. A política de devolução e de troca de produtos está disponível no próprio site, assim como sua política de privacidade de dados fornecidos pelos clientes.
