Natal sustentável na loja Artesanato de Talentos do RioMar

Joseane Firmino Celestino diz com orgulho que é arte recicladora. A partir da sua criatividade e dedicação, transforma filtros de café em presépios iluminados. “Sinto que as pessoas que sabem um pouco sobre a importância da reciclagem valorizam esse trabalho e meus itens têm boa aceitação”. Ela integra o grupo de 15 artesãos e artesãs do Pina e de Brasília Teimosa que participam do Projeto Artesanato de Talentos, com uma loja colaborativa, localizada próximo à Dalena, no piso L2 do RioMar, e aberta a partir de uma ação conjunta entre o shopping, o Instituto JCPM e o Instituto Fecomércio. O espaço tem cerca de 1.000 itens decorativos inspirados no Natal e feitos, sua maioria, com material reciclável. O local fica aberto até o dia 30 de dezembro.

Quem visitar a loja vai encontrar desde enfeite de guardanapo até um presépio, passando por guirlandas, árvores de vários tamanhos, toalhas, entre outros. Os preços variam entre R$ 10,00 e R$ 900 – que é um presépio todo em crochê. Além da inserção da produção da comunidade, o conceito da iniciativa é discutir o reaproveitamento de matérias primas reforçando a prática sustentável dentro das comunidades. “Meus vizinhos juntam material e me entregam o ano inteiro. Fiz uma árvore toda com papelão reutilizado”, comemora a artesã Zeza Costa. Sua árvore custa R$ 200,00, mas certamente um dos grandes ganhos é transformar um item que poderia ir para o lixo em uma peça de destaque para decoração. “O projeto tem como objetivo capacitar, desenvolver os artesãos, fomentando e valorizando sua atividade produtiva, possibilitando geração de renda e, consequentemente, melhor qualidade de vida, contribuindo ainda, com o conhecimento e incentivo a práticas sustentáveis na comunidade”, pontua Fábia Siqueira, Coordenadora do Instituto JCPM e responsável pelo projeto.

O projeto de comercialização dentro do shopping existe desde 2015, iniciando com quiosque. Com os resultados, tornou-se loja e se consolidou como espaço nas principais datas comemorativas para o varejo (Carnaval, São João e Natal). No Natal de 2021, os artesãos movimentaram quase R$ 100 mil na venda de peças. Eles não pagam aluguel ou qualquer outro custo operacional para estar no shopping.

Até chegar à comercialização, uma parceria com a Fecomercio leva qualificação para os participantes. “Com o apoio do IJCPM, realizamos capacitações a fim de promover, ainda mais, qualificação dos profissionais envolvidos com o nosso projeto. Entre os temas trabalhados podemos destacar a qualificação na área de Gestão de Conflitos  e Resultados, que visou mostrar, na prática, a importância do trabalho em equipe com foco no relacionamento interpessoal e na integração do grupo, além também do Curso em Gestão, Organização e Administração de Empreendimentos, que focou na importância de um bom funcionamento de um negócio, de um planejamento e organização da empresa, e, por fim, no atendimento ao público”, diz Wilma Fonsêca, secretária executiva do Instituto Fecomércio.

“Estou no projeto desde 2015 e já fiz vários cursos para aperfeiçoar meu trabalho. Iniciei transformando EVA (um polímero emborrachado) em peças e hoje também trabalho com fuxico, usando retalho de pano”, comenta a artesã Severina José do Nascimento.
