Expo Franquias Nordeste apresenta modelos de negócios no RioMar Recife

O mercado de franchising no Brasil continua a demonstrar resiliência e crescimento, com particular destaque para a região Nordeste. Em 2023, o faturamento no Brasil atingiu R$ 240,661 bilhões, variação nominal de 13,8% em relação a 2022, segundo dados da Associação Brasileira de Franchising (ABF). Diante deste cenário, os investidores poderão conhecer diversas opções de franquias durante a Expo Franquias Nordeste – EFN 2024, de 21 a 23 de março, no RioMar Recife.

Ainda segundo levantamento da ABF, o número total de operações no Brasil atingiu 195.862, sendo 7,8% a mais do que no ano anterior. Novas marcas continuam a adotar o franchising como plataforma de negócios, com um total de 3.311 redes de franquia identificadas (crescimento de 7,6%), um recorde no histórico de pesquisas da ABF. Com isso, o setor totalizou 1.701.726 empregos diretos (expansão de 7,1%), outro recorde.

A região Nordeste do Brasil teve um crescimento notável no setor de franquias, consolidando-se como um polo atrativo para investimentos nesse modelo de negócio. Com faturamento de mais de R$ 34 bilhões em 2023, o que representa um aumento de 9,4% em relação ao mesmo período de 2022. Já em número de unidades de franquia na região o crescimento foi de 6,9% chegando a mais de 28 mil operações.

“O franchising brasileiro é reconhecido como um celeiro de oportunidades e o mercado nordestino é um dos mais procurados. Teremos muita informação qualificada, atual e diversas opções de investimento”, afirma o diretor da ABF Nordeste, Fernando Ribeiro.

Os segmentos de Serviços e Outros Negócios, Alimentação - Food Service e Entretenimento e Lazer têm destaque no cenário das franquias nordestinas com os maiores índices de variação em expansão de operações.

Segundo a diretora da Insight Feiras e Negócios, Tatiana Menezes, esse crescimento reflete a capacidade do modelo de franchising em se adaptar às mudanças do mercado e às necessidades dos consumidores, além de atrair novos investidores em busca de segurança e suporte empresarial. “Na região Nordeste, o mercado de franchising está em ascensão, com um aumento significativo no número de unidades e faturamento. Estados como Pernambuco, Ceará e Bahia têm se destacado como polos de desenvolvimento para redes de franquias, aproveitando o potencial econômico e o crescimento populacional da região”, avalia.

A diversificação de segmentos tem impulsionado o crescimento do franchising no Nordeste, com redes de alimentação, saúde, beleza e serviços liderando o caminho. “A busca por modelos de negócios mais acessíveis e de menor investimento inicial tem atraído empreendedores locais e estimulado a expansão das franquias nas capitais e também em cidades de médio e pequeno porte. As redes de franquias estão aproveitando as oportunidades oferecidas pela região e expandindo suas operações de forma estratégica, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento econômico e social local", acrescenta Rodrigo da Fonte, diretor da Insight Feiras e Negócios.

Com uma base sólida e um modelo comprovado de negócios, as franquias continuam a ser uma opção atraente para investidores e empreendedores em busca de sucesso no mercado brasileiro.
