Shopping Boa Vista inaugura primeiras escadas rolantes com sistema inteligente de LED do Brasil

Segurança, conscientização e, claro, beleza. Essas são algumas das qualidades das escadas rolantes inauguradas este mês pelo Shopping Boa Vista. Tratam-se das primeiras com sistema inteligente de LED do Brasil, denominado RGB (sigla em inglês para as cores vermelho, verde e azul). Os equipamentos, da empresa TK Elevator, líder global em transporte vertical e mobilidade urbana, ligam o térreo ao primeiro andar da segunda etapa do shopping e têm capacidade para transportar 6,4 mil pessoas por hora cada uma.

Com o sistema RGB, as luzes do corrimão das escadas rolantes podem ser customizadas a partir de uma paleta de 18 cores. Dessa forma, a iluminação pode ser configurada para uma cor específica – para auxiliar na conscientização do público em campanhas como Novembro Azul ou Maio Amarelo, por exemplo – ou para um efeito degradê, no qual a iluminação muda de cor de modo sequencial. “Todo o sistema de LED, tanto o de piso como o de corrimão, é ligado diretamente a um quadro na plataforma técnica das escadas rolantes. Isso impossibilita o risco de acionamento indevido por pessoas não autorizadas”, explica Wellington Oliveira, gerente de Operações do Shopping Boa Vista, sobre a segurança do novo equipamento para o público.

Já a iluminação de piso, denominada de semáforo, tem como finalidade orientar as pessoas na hora de utilizar as escadas rolantes. O sistema consiste em chapas de piso luminosas nas cores verde e vermelha localizadas em frente às escadas e que indicam qual delas sobe e qual desce. Esta é a primeira vez que esse recurso de segurança, já presente em estações de trem e metrô, será utilizado em um shopping center. “Com esse recurso, as pessoas terão uma sinalização visual mais rápida, evitando confusões na hora de identificar a escada correta para subir ou descer, principalmente, quando estiverem com crianças ou usando o celular, o que é comum nos dias de hoje”, explica Renato Medrado, gerente de Projetos Especiais da TK Elevator para a América Latina.

Os equipamentos contam ainda com esterilizadores UV-C, que atuam eliminando agentes patológicos. O produto é instalado internamente à estrutura da máquina, em conformidade com as normas brasileiras, higienizando a superfície do equipamento contra vírus e bactérias a cada ciclo da escada rolante.
