Plaza Shopping abraça a campanha Setembro Amarelo

A campanha mundial Setembro Amarelo, de conscientização sobre a prevenção ao suicídio e a promoção da saúde mental, ganha destaque no Plaza Shopping. O mall instalou, no piso L3, espaço com papel e caneta para as pessoas deixarem mensagens de apoio para quem enfrenta dificuldades emocionais, lembrando que ninguém deve passar por momentos de crise sem ajuda, promovendo empatia e solidariedade.

A iniciativa, com acesso livre, está disponível ao público até o dia 15 de setembro, nos mesmos horários de funcionamento do empreendimento. 

De acordo com a psicóloga Jéssica Acioly, algumas ações podem ajudar no cuidado da saúde mental. “Reconhecer que o bem-estar emocional é tão importante quanto o físico é de grande importância. Buscar ter uma rede de apoio de amigos, familiares, como também, buscar profissionais como psicólogos e psiquiatras, para tratar e cuidar das preocupações que prejudicam a saúde mental deve ser prioridade, sem esperar chegar ao limite para recorrer à orientação”, destaca a especialista.

Além disso, ela sugere a prática do autocuidado, incluindo adoção de hábitos saudáveis como exercício físico, alimentação equilibrada e sono adequado como ajuda a ter uma mente sã. “Estabelecer limites, tanto no trabalho quanto na vida pessoal, para evitar sobrecargas emocionais e desenvolver a prática da meditação para manter a mente mais presente e equilibrada pode parecer clichê, mas são investidas que trazem um impacto bastante positivo”, completa a especialista.

O Plaza Shopping abraça a causa do Setembro Amarelo desde 2019. Este ano, quem passar pelo ponto da ação vai poder conferir várias mensagens penduradas em esquema de varal. “A ação está numa área de grande fluxo e estrategicamente pensada para inspirar outras pessoas, servindo como lembrete mesmo. Queremos estimular uma corrente do bem neste Setembro Amarelo, cada gesto de apoio e cada palavra de encorajamento ajudam a espalhar esperança e a salvar vidas”, afirma a coordenadora de Responsabilidade Socioambiental do Plaza, Jakeline Soares.
