Celular roubado? Saiba como o Alerta Celular pode ajudar

No ano de 2024, Pernambuco registrou 52.143 casos de celulares roubados ou furtados, conforme dados da Secretaria de Defesa Social (SDS). Esse número representa uma leve redução de 1,1% em comparação a 2023, quando foram contabilizados 52.719 incidentes. Para enfrentar esse tipo de crime, a SDS desenvolveu o programa Alerta Celular, um sistema que permite aos cidadãos cadastrarem seus aparelhos, facilitando a recuperação em caso de roubo ou furto.

Com essa ferramenta, a polícia consegue identificar celulares roubados ou furtados durante abordagens. Desde sua implementação, em 2017, o programa já possibilitou a recuperação de 77.787 celulares, sendo 11.128 apenas em 2024. Além disso, a SDS expandiu a iniciativa com o lançamento do programa Alerta Bike, que permite o registro de bicicletas, auxiliando na identificação e devolução desses veículos.

Para aumentar a conscientização da população sobre esses programas, a SDS promoverá três eventos no Shopping Patteo Olinda ao longo de março. As ações ocorrerão nos dias 9 (das 12h às 20h), 20 (das 14h às 22h) e 23 (das 12h às 20h). Durante esses encontros, representantes da SDS estarão presentes para fornecer orientações sobre o cadastro no Alerta Celular e no Alerta Bike. Além disso, será possível registrar boletins de ocorrência de roubo ou furto de celulares e bicicletas no local.

O cadastro de um celular no sistema exige o número IMEI do aparelho, enquanto, para bicicletas, é necessário fornecer o número do chassi. A equipe da SDS também oferecerá orientações sobre os procedimentos adequados a serem seguidos em caso de roubo ou furto.
