Influenciador Theodoro mostrou oportunidades no varejo em palestra do RioMar Talks

O RioMar Talks recebeu, nesta quarta-feira (dia 21 de maio), o influenciador Felipe Theodoro. Ele apresentou a palestra “Bora Bater a Meta?”, com experiências do que vivenciou da época em que trabalhou no varejo, oportunidades no setor e inspirações para transformar seguidores do mundo virtual em clientes. O evento, realizado no Teatro Riomar, é promovido em parceria entre o RioMar Recife e a Associação de Lojistas do Shopping RioMar Recife.

Theodoro ressaltou, de forma divertida, que criar relacionamento com os clientes é o segredo para vender. “Muitas vezes, os clientes vão na loja para conversar, tomar um café e isso cria uma relação. É importante que o cliente tenha o vendedor como referência, mesmo que não seja para uma compra, porque depois esse relacionamento acaba convertendo”, disse.

Outro ponto importante, segundo Theodoro, é colocar as suas qualidades da vida pessoal na profissional, no seu atendimento. “Se ele tiver carisma, leveza, souber conversar sobre diversos assuntos, isso ajuda a construir uma conexão com os clientes”, explicou. Outra questão levantada é que o vendedor deve saber resolver os problemas dos clientes. “Ele deve ser a referência para tudo que o cliente precisa no shopping, seja para uma informação sobre onde encontrar algo que esteja procurando ou sobre um produto da loja”.

O planejamento, mencionou Theodoro, é tão importante para o vendedor quanto saber vender bem. “Ele precisa saber quais são os clientes que não vieram na loja, qual produto funciona com determinados clientes para sugerir, ter conhecimento de quanto precisa vender no dia, na semana ou no mês para conseguir bater a meta. Não basta ser um ótimo vendedor, tem que ter planejamento”, pontuou Theodoro.

Olhar gerencial

Theodoro reforçou que, com o olhar gerencial, é possível fazer como a roda girar, entendendo o funcionamento da equipe e mantendo um bom relacionamento com ela e com os clientes. “O gerente pode ter vendedores de diferentes perfis, uns que vendem mais e outros menos, e olhar para a equipe como um jogo de tabuleiro para organizar bem as peças e adequar o atendimento para diferentes perfis de clientes”, exemplificou.

Mundo digital

O influenciador, que tem forte atuação no mundo digital, ressaltou que entendeu, com a sua experiência, que o líder deve ter ciência que ele representa a marca e alcançar a responsabilidade que é carregar o nome dela. “Não é só sobre vender bem, tem que entender os valores da empresa e representar a marca”.

Ele também deu dicas sobre performance digital e como transformar seguidores em clientes. “Precisa entender o seu público e se comunicar de maneira correta para conseguir vender. Quando você entende o comportamento no digital, você vende”, concluiu.
