Conexão Juventudes reúne 700 estudantes de escolas públicas para discutir hiperconectividade no Teatro RioMar Recife

Uma parcela de 87,6% dos jovens brasileiros entre 14 e 19 anos já dispõem do seu próprio aparelho de celular e já são 56,5% entre crianças de 10 a 13 anos, de acordo com dados da Pesquisa Nacional por Amostra de Domicílio (PNAE) divulgados neste semestre pelo IBGE. Para discutir os efeitos da hiperconectividade no desenvolvimento intelectual e promover o uso saudável e consciente dos recursos digitais, cerca de 700 jovens estudantes de escolas públicas da Zona Sul do Recife estarão reunidos na tarde desta sexta-feira (29/08), no Teatro RioMar Recife, durante o Conexão Juventudes 2025, promovido pelo Instituto João Carlos Paes Mendonça de Compromisso Social (IJCPM). A programação ocorre das 14h às 18h.  

Intitulado “Do Mangue ao Byte”, o evento reunirá no palco apresentações de dança e teatro e painéis de conteúdos em torno do tema “Tecnologia e suas relações com o mundo”.  Haverá ainda show de artistas locais Dionísio e Barbarize. “Buscamos trazer reflexões sobre uso de tecnologias de forma crítica e responsável, fortalecendo autonomia intelectual e cidadã dos jovens. Reforçamos a importância de equilibrar o tempo de tela por momentos de atenção plena e de interações presenciais”, destaca a gerente do IJCPM, Fábia Siqueira.

A programação segue no domingo (31/08), com um passeio ciclístico que deve mobilizar cerca de 200 participantes, partindo do RioMar até o Marco Zero e seguindo até o JCPM Trade Center, no Pina. Ao longo desta última semana, a agenda contou ainda com roteiros de turismo comunitário, Mostra Cine Conexões, com produções audiovisuais locais, batalha de rimas, arena de games e robótica e apresentação de Baile Charme.

Realizado anualmente em celebração ao Dia Internacional da Juventude, o Conexão Juventudes também ocorre em Aracaju, Fortaleza e Salvador, mobilizando cerca de 5 mil estudantes, com uma intensa programação que une arte, cultura, tecnologia e sustentabilidade.

SOBRE O IJCPM

O IJCPM atua para o desenvolvimento intelectual e profissional de jovens de 14 a 24 anos, moradores de comunidades do entorno dos empreendimentos do Grupo JCPM, com seis unidades distribuídas em quatro capitais do Nordeste: Aracaju, Fortaleza, Recife e Salvador.

Desde 2009, quando foi criado, já foram realizados mais de 80 mil atendimentos, com ações focadas em elevação de escolaridade, empregabilidade, inclusão e diversidade, formação cidadã, mundo digital e saúde e bem-estar. No Recife, a instituição funciona no RioMar, atendendo às comunidades do Pina e Brasília Teimosa.
