PÔR DO SOL, GASTRONOMIA E MÚSICA NO ROOFTOP DO SHOPPING TACARUNA

O Rooftop do Shopping Tacaruna, área de lazer e entretenimento ao ar livre, localizado na cobertura do Edifício Garagem do mall, será ocupado, no sábado, 20 de setembro, a partir das 17h, por um evento que une pôr do sol, gastronomia e música.

O “Taca Sunset” vai oferecer uma verdadeira experiência gastronômica, ao entardecer, com uma paella preparada, ao vivo, pelas mãos do chef italiano Paolo Salvadori, ao som do DJ Elias Cabuzz e a Banda Malícia Champion. A entrada é gratuita. A realização de festas e eventos com o início no final da tarde tem sido tendência em vários países.  A premissa é celebrar a beleza da transição entre o dia e a noite, enquanto o sol se põe.

“Vamos proporcionar ao público uma nova experiência de contemplação de sunset (pôr do sol), vivenciando o preparo ao vivo de pratos como a paella e o arroz de ossobuco, ao som de um setlist de altíssima qualidade preparado pelo DJ e um show superanimado com os grandes hits dos anos 80 e 90. Escolhemos este horário porque está alinhado com a tendência das pessoas acordarem cedo para se exercitarem. Entendemos que existem novos hábitos, as pessoas estão priorizando a saúde e queremos oferecer essa oportunidade das festas sunset no nosso Rooftop. Aqui é possível apreciar uma vista privilegiada do Recife e Olinda”, destaca a gerente de marketing Yolanda Celeste.

Chef Salvadori

O chef Paolo Salvadori nasceu em Milão, na Itália. Viajou praticamente boa parte do mundo e aprimorou técnicas de manipulação de peixes e crustáceos em vários países do extremo oriente. Usou isso junto às técnicas de manipulação mediterrânea.

No início dos anos 2000, montou o seu primeiro restaurante no Brasil, em Santa Catarina. Também empreendeu no Rio Grande do Sul. Há 13 anos reside no Recife, onde montou e comandou casas especializadas em peixes e frutos do mar alcançando sucesso absoluto.

Com a chegada da pandemia, encerrou as atividades do aclamado Restaurante Mar e começou a se dedicar ao próprio curso on-line de culinária italiana e mediterrânea, ao mesmo tempo em que deu continuidade como personal chef.

]Em 2022, começou um projeto na Praia de Boa Viagem, onde até hoje prepara a Paella Marinera, o prato mais típico da Espanha, entre outras iguarias italianas, na frente dos clientes do quiosque 13 da orla.
