Shopping Tacaruna mantém investimento em retrofit em 2026

O Shopping Tacaruna seguirá em 2026 com o processo de retrofit iniciado em 2024. A modernização, que vem sendo realizada de forma gradual, tem como objetivo atualizar e aprimorar a infraestrutura do empreendimento com as tendências de arquitetura contemporânea para shopping, proporcionando ainda mais conforto, segurança e bem-estar aos clientes, lojistas e colaboradores.

Ao longo das etapas realizadas em 2024 e 2025, o Tacaruna investiu R$ 27 milhões na reforma de diversas áreas, como a fachada e as Praças de Alimentação Olinda e Recife. Os espaços destinados aos lanches e refeições tiveram modificações desde o mobiliário e piso ao revestimento acústico, passando pela iluminação ao paisagismo.

Também foram contemplados com o retrofit toda aérea e coberta da primeira etapa do shopping - inclusive com troca de vidros com proteção térmica que proporciona ainda mais eficiência energética - novo design de forro, revestimentos das colunas com espelhos, toda uma nova infraestrutura elétrica, projeto de iluminação com luminárias mais modernas e luzes de cor mais quente e aconchegantes.

Para o próximo ano, está prevista a continuidade dos mesmos serviços de 2025, contemplando a segunda e a terceira etapas, que somam um investimento de R$ 9 milhões. Ou seja, em três anos do retrofit serão investidos R$ 36 milhões.

Segundo a superintendente do Shopping Tacaruna, Sandra Arruda, o retrofit reforça o compromisso do mall com a inovação e a sustentabilidade, alinhando-se às tendências de mercado e às expectativas do público. “O objetivo é garantir que o shopping continue sendo um espaço moderno, acolhedor e em sintonia com o estilo de vida dos nossos clientes”, destaca.

O projeto arquitetônico do projeto de revitalização é assinado pelo experiente e premiado arquiteto Paulo Baruki, um criador de tendências no mercado de projetos de uso misto na América Latina. Desenvolvedor de um estilo que une a beleza natural da paisagem, com a sofisticação do ambiente urbano. Sua capacidade inata para produzir uma mistura tão harmoniosa fez dele um visionário no campo da arquitetura e do design.

Em 2025, o Tacaruna diversificou o mix de operações com a chegada de novas lojas e quiosques. Como destaque foram: Bora Bora, Rush Praia, Polishop, Flow Grelhados, Berry’s, Kopenhagen, Blend Café, Correios, Definithy Laser, Rotas Make Up, Avatin, D´Luxos, Casa do Celular, Realme, Tic Tac Relógios, Enfraim Móveis, Piticas, Polo Club, Danilas Semijoia, Michelle Lingerie, Botero, iPlaza, Chaveiro Shopping e Freitas.

Em abril de 2027, o Shopping Tacaruna completará 30 anos de funcionamento. Instalado em uma área de 100 mil m², o mall conta com 304 operações, entre lojas âncoras, megalojas, lojas e quiosques dos mais variados segmentos do comércio, serviços (Detran, cartório, casa lotérica, bancos, clínicas médicas, entre outros), entretenimento e lazer.

No quesito gastronomia, são mais de 36 operações, distribuídas em duas praças de alimentação, quiosques e mais a Área Gourmet, com destaque para os restaurantes Bode do Nô, Outback Steakhouse e Tapa Express. O UCI Kinoplex Tacaruna oferece dez salas de cinema, sendo uma XPlus, com projeção 3D de última geração, tela gigante com definição 4k e som Dolby Atmos. Também há o Tacaruna Office, espaço gratuito para realização de encontros de trabalho e estudo, com wi-fi de alta qualidade. Por mês circulam mais de 1,1 milhão de pessoas pelos corredores do Tacaruna.
